How can it be that relationships don't really last all the time? That they end up in divorce, family fights or disconnection with friends? I have looked into it and this is what I believe helps you to build long-lasting relationships with anyone that will compliment your life!

 

A little sneak peek, it mostly has to do with communication. How you communicate and how you can understand yourself and the other person better. Seriously, that's it in a nutshell. When I look at why relationships fail or haven't worked out, it basically all comes down to communication. That being said, it is not easy. It takes time and effort and conscious awareness of what you are thinking and saying and likewise for the other person, to create a mutual relationship that works. And it will always take effort from both sides to keep it that way. Though there is nothing wrong with teaching and showing the other person how to make it work!

It's okay to not be okay <3. It is okay to feel down and not be happy all the time. But when you stay stuck in feeling down and you want to get out, but you don't see how, then this episode is for you. Big hug!

During the time of Covid and being forced to stay home can be a great thing to relax, and focus on you. On the other hand, if you are usually outdoors and the way you relax and have fun is out of the house, then it can be tricky to feel okay. Or maybe you are dealing with some other difficult things and you just feel down. Know that it is okay to not feel okay and feel down for a day, couple of days or even for a while. Also know that I am here to help you when you feel ready to get out of your funk but you don't know how.
