I have always hated my body. Because I was told that I wasn't good enough as I was. Which meant that I had to lose the weight in order to be loved, liked, happy and successful. Long story short: it didn't work that way. I was skinny and yet I still wasn't happy. Neither did I love my body. In this podcast I will be sharing my story and how I changed things around to do love my body.

"It's not that I can't eat that, it is my choice to not eat that because it just isn't worth it to me"

Do you find it hard to decide how hungry you really are and if you'r even truly hungry? This is the tool I used to get started with intuitive eating, really listening to my body and healing my relationship with her so that I could ditch my diet rules, restrictions and way of thinking.

It gave me my first steps after a life of yo-yo dieting, restricting myself because I couldn't eat more than a certain amount of calories. A life where I numbed myself with eating when I wasn't hungry because I let my 'hunger' rule by the thoughts I had, my emotions and the habits that didn't serve me anymore. This helped me to start healing my relationship with food. Healing and changing isn't meant to be easy. You're going to experience resistance. Breaking through this is what is going to transfrom you!
